Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
